What is Cavisept?
Cavisept contains the biologically active combination of lactoferrin, pineapple dry extract, vitamin C and lysozyme. Lactoferrin binds the iron required for bacterial development.
Antibacterial action: It binds free iron and makes it inaccessible to bacteria, which stops it from multiplying. It also destroys the cell walls of germs and fungi.
Anti-viral action: Lactoferrin is a key molecule for the immune system and can be used to fight various viral infections. It prevents viruses from attaching to cell walls and penetrating our cells. The lysozyme is a thermostable enzyme found in saliva, tears, milk, blood, etc. It plays an important role in protecting the mucous membranes, facilitating phagocytosis.
Pineapple Dry Extract (Bromelain) – Has anti-inflammatory and soothing effect. It has antiviral and antibacterial properties.
Vitamin C – has antioxidant, immunostimulating and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Cavisept may be useful for: Supporting the normal functioning of the mucous membrane of the mouth and pharynx.
III. How Cavisept should be taken?
For adults and children over 3 years of age, the recommended daily intake is up to 3 tablets a day. It is not advisable to take the tablets with water or other liquids.

- Who should not take Cavisept?
Do not take Cavisept if you have been allergic to lactoferrin or any of the other ingredients. The most common symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rashes, itching, swelling of the lips and face, shortness of breath.
Storage of Cavisept
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
- Do not store above 25 ° C.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight.
- Keep away from children.
- Do not use after the expiry date or if the integrity of the packaging has been compromised.
